The great random film watch!

A quick presentation - Paula and Fraser, theatre buffs, film enthusiasts and very amateur critics.

We have just recently culled the DVD cabinet. We managed to chuck out 25 films, but we also had the grand total of 43 discs that we had not seen. It has been difficult to see full length features with two young kids at home, yet we have never been able to resist the bargain bins in the supermarket or video shop and we've been stockpiling the things like crazy, while we choose to watch shorter programmes in this golden age of television. 

But now, it is high time that we attack this mountain of movies that now lay piled up in the corner of our living room – and to make things more fun we've given ourselves a (vague) deadline. 

43 films of varying genre and varying blockbuster gravitas.
43 films before the summer. 

The films are randomly stacked and we just have to take each one in turn. Some of them will make it back into the film cupboard, yet some will not make the final cut. But they will be watched, and reviewed!

We hope you enjoy our journey through thick and thin. And you never know, we might have lots of films to recommend by the end!
